- Ensuring the free choice of qualified suppliers for the competitive supply of ATF to the Air Carriers at the Airport on open access basis
- Ensure a secure means of ATF supply for the operational life of the Airport.
- Providing adequate supply rate & reserve level sufficient to guarantee uninterrupted, safe & secure flow of ATF to the Airport.
- Ensuring that ATF is of right quality & is cost effective
- Maintaining strategic control of the facility.
- Adapting to change in security, technology, logistic & communication requirements
- Meeting the highest health, safety & environmental standards of the industry & the community.
- Allow & enable access to all eligible & interested aviation fuel suppliers without discrimination & to ensure availability for each supplier to store adequate inventory
- Financing, operation, management & maintenance of the modernized Hydrant System which is designed & developed in alignment with DIAL’s expansion plan.
- Ensuring efficient refueling through Hydrants, wherever hydrant pit exists
