Indian Oil Skytanking Ltd (IOSL), a joint venture, has been formed by Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.(IOCL – 33.33% holding), IOT Infrastructure & Energy Services Ltd. (IOT – 33.33% holding), and Skytanking Holding GmbH (a company registered in Federal Republic of Germany – 33.33% holding), all with the equal participation. The main objective of the company is to design, finance, construct and operate Aviation Fuel Facility at the Indian Airports, including the establishment, maintenance, and operation of related storage and hydrant systems, into-plane fuelling services except for the sale of Aviation Turbine Fuel.
Indian Oil Skytanking Ltd (IOSL), is the Operator of Fuel Farm Facility at Banglore International Airport and has its registered office at Fuel Farm Facility, Banglore International Airport, Devanahalli, Banglore- 560300. IOSL derives its immense strength from its parent companies who are giants in their respective fields.
