Shri Love Shrivastava did his Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from MITS, Gwalior. Before joining Oil Industry, he has had brief stint in Institute for Plasma Research (IPR), Gandhinagar, where he worked in customized Power system design for research applications in the field of Fusion.

Subsequent to his stint at IPR, he joined Indian Oil Corporation Ltd, as Aviation Officer at Mumbai Aviation Fuel Station & has had postings at Mumbai Regional office, Bhopal AFS, Kolkata Regional Office, POL Terminals at Jasidih & Ahmedabad.

Post joining IOC, he obtained Certified Petroleum Manager (CPM) Degree from Indian School of Petroleum (ISP) gaining key inputs of Oil Industry in Upstream, Downstream  & Petrochemicals.

During his career spanning over 25 years in Oil Industry, he handled key Leaderhsip positions i.e. Locations In Charge positions at Bhopal Aviation Fuel Stations, Jasidih & Ahmedabad POL Terminals, apart from handling important assignments in Aviation group at Western Region (Mumbai) & Eastern Region (Kolkata).

His areas of expertise includes Aviation Engineering projects, setting up Aviation Fuel Stations (AFSs), Statutory compliance, Capital & Revenue budgeting, QC, HSE, Aviation Business, Training & Development, Innovations etc.

During his career in IOC, he has had exposure in various important Departmental committees formed for commissioning of Mourigram – Kolkata ATF Pipeline, OISD inspection committee for External Safety Inspection of Terminals, ATF Tank commissioning & HRS expansion at Mumbai AFS etc.

He has been instrumental in designing key innovative projects / practices viz optimized AFS layouts, Energy efficient systems, various safety interlocks in POL Terminals, CCTV assisted remote operation of HVLR, Earthing interlocks, Net Zero approach in operations  to name a few.
