Mr. Pravin Bansal,  a qualified Chartered Accountant took charge of DAFFPL as Chief Financial Officer from April 2024.

He has worked with BPCL (one of the parent companies) for more than 17 years in various roles across treasury, shared services, engineering & projects, business finance. He has headed the Lubricant Business Finance for Northern Region and Retail Business Finance for Western Region during his stint in BPCL.

As Regional Finance Head of BPCL’s Lubricant & Retail Business, his experience encompasses the investment decisions, financial planning & analysis,  profitability, process improvement, channel financing for customers, credit appraisal of customers, formulation of customer incentive schemes, negotiation with external parties, C&F operations, financial governance, audit, statutory compliances.

Prior to his leadership role, he worked on various procurement/ contract procedures with consultant to facilitate various infrastructure projects, implementation of payment through NEFT, risk mitigations plan, revenue budgeting, coordination with bankers for treasury functions etc.
